The hotel itself was very clean, there were college kids above us who were running around and stomping until 1am (my husband and I qre night owls, so this wasn't a huge bother to us), but over all the rest of the hotel was quiet. We stayed in the jacuzzi room, and it was huge. The jacuzzi had it's own room with seperate heat controls from the main room. The sink was outside of the bathroom which was a little odd. Then there was a little sitting area seperated by a fire place, around the corner from the bed and tv area. The room was emaculate on the clean aspect, and was heated before we arrived, so it was comfortable after walking in from the freezing cold. The jacuzzi was quiet, clean, and all jets worked. The floor was a little nerve wracking, as it would dip when you stepped in certain places. The staff member at the desk was approachable, friendly, and informative. He made sure to double check the room to make sure it was ready for us. All staff we interacted with were pleasant, welcomed us, and wished us well on our way out. Breakfast was great and had many choices (eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal, bagels, toast, biscuits, sausage) Coffee and tea was available in the main room of the hotel next to the check in desk.

The breakfast was delicious and had good options for a continental breakfast. I liked that the was a microwave in the room. I loved that there was a tv in the jacuzzi area. I've been to other jacuzzi rooms that didn't have that. The staff was friendly and room was clean.

The staff was very helpful. Milton and the gentleman at front desk on the morning of September 1st especially. Also, the breakfast was well stocked and very good, and the area was very clean. Our room was quite cleanly as well.
