Best Western Plus Berkshire Hills Inn & Suites

We always use the Best Western Plus Berkshires because we know it will be an excellent and reliable place to stay. We stay one night during Thanksgiving week so that I can visit with my first cousin and with an old friend, both of whom live in Pittsfield. Since it is my hometown we also visit some sights from my youth; and, this year we spent an afternoon touring in the Berkshire Museum.

The property was easy to locate , there is plenty of parking, we were given a really warm welcome which is really appreciated. The hot drinks that are available 24/7 are a great variety and quality . The included breakfast is also pretty good. We enjoyed our stay.

It's a very nice hotel, we stayed at the whirlpool suite and was exactly what we were looking for, very private, very clean. The dining area had many healthy choices to serve yourself a good a breakfast and it was included with the rate so even better!

The breakfast was a good variety - there were cereal, muffins, eggs, bagels, waffles, juices, fruit. There was a dedicated staff member making sure everything was full. We went down the street for dinner to the Roasted Garlic which was a great little spot, helpfully recommended by the hotel staff. We had a suite which was a great fit for our family and everyone had a comfy bed and didn't have to share.

We loved having the microwave in the room, as well as the keurig machine. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices, even a waffle maker. Also, was pretty quiet with not hearing noise from other rooms, etc.

The Hotel was in a quiet area off the beaten path. I thought it was clean and pretty and well cared for.

The location is central, we were going to a concert at Tanglewood. It is on a busy road and not scenic (e.g., you cannot walk and get a cup of coffee) but it is close to things. The property was clean and the staff were extremely nice.

The staff were excellent, very, very nice and accommodating. Room was spacious. Good value! Toilet paper was terrible lol and pillows weren’t great, but overall 8 out of 10. Great price for what we got.
